We are pleased to offer our Arizona Advance Dental VIP Program, which provides substantial savings for all the service that we provide. Our program is ideal for patients without insurance those who have exhausted their anual dental insurance benefits and those who are seeking reduced fees for cosmetic dental treatment.

The cost to particapate in the VIP Program per person
You will recieve:
- Two adult dental cleanings, flouride, two exams and one set of bitewing x-rays per year for a co-pay of $90 each visit.
- Each additional dental hygiene visit is $110.
OR
- Two child dental cleanings, flouride, two exams and one set of bitewing x-rays per year for a co-pay of $65 each visit.
- Each additional dental hygiene visit is $75
OR
- Two periodontal maintenance visits, flouride, 2 exams and one set of bitewing x-rays per year for a co-pay of $120 each visit.
- Each additional dental hygiene visit is $140
All other treatment recieved in this office is unlimited, for an entire year from the date of purchase.
Restorative treatment is extended at 20-40% off usual and customary fee schedule.
